User Roles and Permissions

There are roles and permissions for various tasks that a user can perform on Harmoney.

Enabling User Management Facility

By default, clients do not have access to role management, and roles will be managed only by Harmoney. By default, a new user will get the Market Researcher role.

To enable the User Management facility for your organization, please contact our support team.

Requesting Access

There are three ways to request access:

  • Reach out to your organisation's Ops Admin to provide the required access. Refer to Managing user roles page for details.
  • If your organization does not have access to Admin facility, you can do either of the following:
    • Email our support team at [email protected]
    • Raise request via support portal on the dashboard

Types of Permissions by Role

This table gives an overview of the roles and associated permissions. OpsAdmins can decide which access should be granted to a user in their company. A user can have multiple roles.
