User Roles and Permissions
Harmoney has roles and permissions for various tasks that a user can do on DART
By default, certain features are available to everyone who has an active login to Harmoney. These include:
- Chat
- Creating a ticket
- Security reference data and price/yield calculator
Requesting Access
There are three ways to request access:
- Email our support team at [email protected]
- Raise request via support portal on the dashboard
- Coming soon - Admin portal
Types of Permissions by Role
This table gives an overview of the roles and associated permissions. Admins of the account can note this to decide which access should be granted to a user in their company.
