User Roles and Permissions
Harmoney has roles and permissions for various tasks that a user can do on DART. By default, all logged in users can access Chat.
Requesting Access
There are three ways to request access:
- Reach out to your organisation's OpsAdmin to provide the required access. Refer to Managing user roles page for details.
- Email our support team at [email protected]
- Raise request via support portal on the dashboard
Types of Permissions by Role
This table gives an overview of the roles and associated permissions. OpsAdmins can decide which access should be granted to a user in their company. A user can have multiple roles.
