Start a 1:1 chat with anyone on Harmoney

• Users who are not your contact already will receive a connection request on Harmoney chat when you send a message.
• To grab a person's attention, you can hit the Buzz button in the chatbox. The receiver's screen will blink with a sound to create a sense of urgency.
• Add attachments to share images and other documents

Group Chat

Create a group chat with clients and brokers to increase efficiency. A group can have up to 100 members and you can add any user who is a part of your contact list.

Settings

All the users can edit the name of the group. Only the admin can add more members.

Anonymous Trading Group

Anonymous trading group is a special type of Group Chat. This is intended to be used between one client and multiple brokers.

Everyone can see all messages, but there are restrictions on who can see the sender's name in this type of group

• All members will see all the messages
• Client users can see the sender identity of all messages
• Broker users can see the sender identity of messages from the client
• Brokers will not see the sender identity of messages from other brokers

Settings

The admin has the power to mute others, after which they cannot send messages in the group for a day. Only the admin can add more members.

Broadcast

Broadcast allows you to send the same message to multiple people at once. You can send broadcasts to up to 100 people at one time. You cannot broadcast to groups.
